Funguys edible & medicinal mushroom cultures

Our mushroom culture production procedure starts with the sterilization of culture media consisting of PDA, PDYA or PDMA. Sterilization is achieved at a base minimum internal temperature of 121°C for a minimum of 45 minutes. Once the culture media is poured in front of a HEPA filtered laminar flow hood, it will set in 65mm Petri Dishes. Each dish is then inoculated with the chosen culture and incubated for 2 weeks in a sterile incubation room. After incubation, the product is inspected to ensure foreign pathogens have not contaminated the product. Mushroom cultures have a lead time of 10 + days and is freshly produced on order.
